Great Service. I was only in town due to a Family Emergency and had issues with my car. They got me in without an appointment and took good care of me and my vehicle. Savannah was my Service Advisor and she was excellent.

It's one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I appreciated all the technology used. The video review of anything that needs work is fantastic! My first vehicle I have ever purchased outside of Facebook Marketplace, absolutely not disappointed. My Salesman Dustin was the absolute man, made the process very quick and painless. Stephen in the finance department knows his stuff, he was able to get me right where I wanted to be and both gentleman saw me leave the lot in a truck I never thought I’d be able to get myself into.
Every aspect of the experience was first class Steve Snyder and staff went out of their way to find me the truck I was wanting. The only issue was the prep job on the interior, windows, dash and door panels were not cleaned to my satisfaction but I'm persnickity that way.
They made the purchase simple and straightforward. Everyone from the salesman (Darris Faust) to the sales manager (Walter Ray (JR) Dula) and the finance representative (Ray Scarbrough) were extremely professional. It made for an enjoyable truck buying experience. Both Darris Tammy McKinney took time to explain all the bells and whistles the truck has and that was also greatly appreciated.
Gary is absolutely the best to work with. I have never seen a salesperson go so far out of their way to accommodate, and make sure the customer was satisfied in all aspects of the buying process. I will definitely use Everett Chevrolet for my next purchase. 5 stars across the board.

Very helpful, i.e., I returned the day after my purchase and after moving my former truck next to my new truck they assisted in the removal of my “old” bed cover and placed it in my new truck’s bed. All I could do was to say “Thank you!”
