Each and every time I go to Everett Chevrolet like this last time I went because I was having transmissions, problems. It took 3 times but the last and final time they went from a to Z.\n Inspecting the transmission. Very helpful, i.e., I returned the day after my purchase and after moving my former truck next to my new truck they assisted in the removal of my “old” bed cover and placed it in my new truck’s bed. All I could do was to say “Thank you!”

We had a problem with the air bag in our Silverado and took it in for repair. They also went over the truck snd let us know if other problems we needed to address in the near future. We had one more item fixed and they gave us a print out of the other things so we could keep up with them. Everybody was very helpful and nice to deal with.

For the most part everything was as expected to be. Their complementary inspection with video and listed status of all parts on my car was a nice surprise and Definitely appreciated. However they didn't"know" how to fix a seemingingly small issue without trying to charge me 233$ to run a diagnostic on it. Which is crazy. Im gonna get a second opinion.
