We value our customers and strive to exceed expectations when it comes to customer service. At Everett, we want you to feel at home and enjoy some of the same amenities. While you are having your vehicle serviced, we invite you to relax in one of our recently renovated Customer Lounges. Our main Customer Lounge is located right off of the Service Drive-Thru and features a large wall-mounted plasma HDTV, updated paint and décor, reading materials, a Business Center with telephone and high speed internet access, and complimentary coffee and refreshments. Vending machines are also available in both the Service Department and near the restrooms in the Showroom. You may also choose to peruse the lot or relax in our comfortable Showroom Lounge. For added convenience and enjoyment, our entire facility is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access. Our Service Department respects and values your time, so we have extended our service hours to Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm in order to better meet your needs. Also, ask your Service Advisor about our complimentary scheduled shuttle service.
